A&R, Music Curation & Editorial
I’m passionate about artist career development! I also curate and oversee bespoke and diverse music content that reflects developments at the forefront of music internationally. For example, I initiated The F-List for Music playlist which showcases female+ talent.
Project & Operations Management
I manage projects and teams of various sizes. My project management approach is practical and collaborative, and I always strive to deliver to time, budget and a high standard. My track record with examples of projects I’ve managed is available upon request.
Music Event & Festival Management
I help to run large-scale events, including talent management, ticketing, wrist-banding, guest list, accreditation, artist meet and greet, staff and volunteer management, customer service, disabled access. I’ve recently supported major events such as The Big Creative UK Summit, Download and Reading Festivals, Camp Bestival, Roundhouse and Barbican Centre gigs.
Business Development & Account Management
I offer support with business development, account management and pitching for sponsorship, for contracts ranging from 10K to 10M. Examples of proposals I’ve won and sponsorships I’ve raised can be provided upon request.
Programme Management & Technical Assistance
I coordinate large, international, multi-year programmes or provide one-off technical assistance during their implementation. For example, I’ve coordinated consortia, led research, facilitated working groups, organised events for European networks and platforms.
Research, Analysis & Reporting
I’m skilled in research design and tools, document and literature review, stakeholder engagement (via surveys, interviews, focus groups, case studies), analysis and report-writing.
