Artist Development
I support artists in building thriving, long-term careers by combining instinct for talent with practical industry know-how. I work closely with artists at different stages of development, helping them to grow creatively and professionally. I’m committed to supporting artists - from all around the world - to help them progress in their career and gain the (international) recognition they deserve.
Programme, Project & Event Management
I manage programmes, projects and events of all sizes, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to a high standard.
My experience spans coordinating multi-year, international initiatives and consortia, overseeing music and other projects, and producing large-scale events (including talent management, ticketing, box office, artist meet and greet, staff and volunteer management, customer service, disabled access).
I work collaboratively with teams to keep everything aligned and motivated, and selected examples of work are available upon request.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
I help organisations to secure funding, sponsorship and partnerships that are aligned, strategic and commercially sound. I’ve supported business development and account management for contracts ranging from 10K to 10M, and can share examples of successful proposals and sponsorships upon request.
Research, Analysis & Reporting
I deliver clear, insight-driven research that supports decision-making and strategy.
My skills include research design, document and literature review, stakeholder engagement (via surveys, interviews, focus groups, case studies), analysis and report-writing.
Music Programming, Curation & Editorial
I design and deliver music programmes and editorial content that reflect what’s happening at the cutting edge of music - internationally. I’ve initiated and led projects such as Represented:Playlist and The F-List for Music Playlist which spotlight global, under-recognised talent, and help audiences to discover artists they may not have yet heard.
